A range of proprietary cabling systems and ancillary equipment can be installed, tested, certified and warranted. Our technicians regularly update their training on a range of data products so that the full manufacturers’ warranties can be issued on completion of every job.

 

Our technicians are certified for the installation of a number of proprietary products. For UTP solutions we primarily focus on the installation of Systimax, Krone and Tyco Amp. We carry accounts with a wide range of suppliers for cabinets, switching equipment, network storage and various IP devices. We work with MPO fibre solutions and carry out fibre splicing as necessary. Our work is to the highest industry standards and our services are extensively utilised for critical infrastructure in data centres and for financial institutions.

We install AV cabling, PA systems, theatre systems, TV screens, multi-outlet TV distribution cabling (MATV) and interface with specialist equipment providers wherever required.

We install access control systems, mag-locks, alarm systems, CCTV, smart IP cameras and other security products.

It is our preferred approach to carry out as much technical and design work in-house as we can. This ensures that our clients receive higher standards and more cost effective solutions. We pave the way for future network expansion and anticipated moves and changes. By having a direct dialogue with the IT personnel who will be operating the network, the resulting installation is more flexible, fit for purpose, and optimised for the available budget.

Caldwell Levesque's subsidiary, Data-Tech Services, provides service request response to a selection of customers in Auckland area and nationally. Although complementary to our contracting skills, the Data-Tech business requirements, are sufficiently different to warrant a separate focus and approach supported by our account management team.  



Our office team and service technicians are equipped to service clients such as banks and insurers on a daily basis, including after hours and over weekends. In addition to responding to service requests, the team also specialises in supporting fast track refurbishments, and staff relocations between floors or to alternate buildings through specific site audits, planning and coordination including relocation of our clients network complete with their PC's and peripheral equipment, telephone handsets, and network equipment all physically relocated and seamlessly working for their return to work.
